When it comes to orthodontic treatment for children and teenagers in particular, however, orthodontic experience is essential. Besides knowing how to treat the misalignment of the teeth and jaw in the first place, future growth in these areas also has to be taken into account.

Over 70 years of experience in orthodontics
Only specialist orthodontists, or doctors with comparable qualifications, work at the Eltz Institut. This matters in orthodontic treatment because, in addition to their specialist degree in dentistry, orthodontists have completed several years of further training to learn how to correct misaligned teeth and jaws.
We also focus exclusively on orthodontic treatment and don’t offer any other classic dental services such as fillings or tooth build-ups. Five orthodontists work at the Eltz Institut. Yes. We are a certified orthodontic practice for free braces (Gratis Zahnspange). If the misalignment is severe (IOTN 4 and 5), health insurance covers the treatment in full up to the age of 18 — with the same care as private treatment. All about free braces
