With us, everything is possible: from free braces (Gratis Zahnspange) with no payment at all to invisible aligner treatment — for all children and teens up to 18.
From free braces to invisible treatment
The Eltz Institut is a certified orthodontic practice for free braces. If your child has severely misaligned teeth, health insurance covers the treatment in full — with no payment at all and no extra charges.
And if your child isn’t eligible, or you’d like something different, we offer everything right up to invisible aligner treatment, which is suitable for every type of malocclusion. We’ll tell you what’s possible for your child at the free consultation.

If treatment begins before your child’s 18th birthday and there is severe malocclusion of grade IOTN 4 or 5, health insurance covers the treatment in full — with no extra charges. A first orthodontic check-up already makes sense at primary school age, because jaw growth can still be guided during this time. More about the right age
Only every 10 to 14 weeks. With Dental Monitoring, invisible treatment means even fewer appointments. That’s easier on school, free time and your diary.
